Carve-out of Everllence into DWE & sale of DWE to Monacum Partners
Munich — The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised Augsburg-based Everllence SE (formerly: MAN Energy Solutions SE) on the carve-out of its reactor and apparatus engineering business into Deggendorf-based DWE GmbH and on the sale of DWE GmbH to a company advised by the private equity firm Monacum Partners GmbH.
DWE GmbH develops and manufactures reactor systems for the chemical and petrochemical industry, components for refinery applications and equipment for large-scale scientific projects and special industrial applications. DWE employs around 400 people at its Deggendorf site.
