HEUKING Advises Harrier on the Acquisition of Halstan Germany
London/Stuttgart — A multi-office HEUKING team led by Dr. Alexander Schott advised the Harrier Group on its acquisition of Halstan Deutschland GmbH. Halstan Deutschland consolidates the Halstan Group’s German printing operations. The acquisition strengthens Harrier’s European presence and expands its capabilities in specialized publishing segments. The transaction is part of Harrier’s broader acquisition of Halstan’s printing operations in the United Kingdom and Germany, which was led by the British law firm Michelmores. HEUKING’s role included providing advice during the due diligence process in Germany, as well as drafting and negotiating the related German transaction documents.
