
Vienna Stock Exchange Acquires Majority Stake in North Data
Vienna (Austria)/Hamburg — Wiener Börse AG is acquiring an 80% stake in North Data GmbH. North Data aggregates publicly available corporate information from numerous registries and sources and presents it in a digital, structured, and user-friendly format. RSM Ebner Stolz advised Wiener Börse AG on the transaction by conducting financial and tax due diligence.

Wiener Börse AG is acquiring an 80% stake in North Data. With this transaction, Wiener Börse aims to expand its existing range of information and data services and create additional transparency in unlisted markets. Founder and CEO Frank Felix Debatin will retain a stake in the company and will continue to support its future development.
