SYSTABUILD Software Acquires a Majority Stake in Network Dimensions
Wildpoldsried/Munich/Vienna – The SYSTABUILD Software Group, a BU portfolio company and leading European platform for software solutions in the construction and trades sectors, is acquiring a majority stake in Network Dimensions GmbH, based in Vienna. Founded in 1997, the company develops MEGABAU, an ERP solution for the construction industry, and is one of the established specialists in the commercial and operational management of construction companies in German-speaking countries.
Network Dimensions complements the SYSTABUILD Software Group’s ERP software portfolio. MEGABAU combines project management, resource planning, and financial management into a single solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central—tailored to the processes of construction and industrial companies, ranging from building construction and civil engineering to wood, steel, and metal fabrication, as well as building services, earthwork, as well as demolition and recycling. Network Dimensions has customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.
At the same time, company founder Günther Schwaiger is finalizing his business succession plan after nearly 30 years. He is overseeing the transition as part of a structured process within the executive management team. Florian Thurner, previously managing partner of the subsidiary ND Projects GmbH in Villach, is joining as a co-partner and managing director and is reinvesting his previous stake into the new structure.
