Andre Waßmann has more than 23 years of experience in corporate strategy and investment banking with a focus on M&A and corporate finance transactions with broad industry access. He supports his clients in the transformation along megatrends through acquisitions, sales and financing. Key topics include technologies such as AI and blockchain and their application in industry, digital business models as well as energy transformation, sustainability and ESG in the sense of green financing. Thanks to his experience from various positions at Accenture, Commerzbank, the investment house KGAL, Clairfield International and most recently as a member of the Executive Board and Head of M&A / Corporate Finance at Helbling Business Advisors, he has excellent banking know-how and an understanding of the capital markets.
