Liberta Partners: NOBIX acquires Huth Communications
Munich — The investment company Liberta Partners is supporting the expansion of the NOBIX Group: With the acquisition of Huth Communications GmbH, an IT system house based in Kehl and specializing in tax consultants and medium-sized companies, the Group is further expanding its DATEV & VoIP expertise and strengthening its presence in southwest Germany.
Huth Communications supports tax firms and medium-sized companies in the areas of IT infrastructure, DATEV solutions and modern VoIP telephony. Founder Sebastian Huth remains on board as Managing Director and brings his many years of experience to the group.
“The acquisition is a typical example of our buy-and-build strategy in the IT segment: focused, efficiently implemented and with a high strategic fit. We value partnership-based transactions that strengthen our platform in a targeted manner and enable sustainable growth.” — Nils von Wietzlow (photo), Partner at Liberta Partners.
The NOBIX Group, which is actively supported by Liberta Partners, unites specialized IT and digitalization partners under one roof — with a focus on managed services, applications and infrastructure for SMEs.
“The integration of Huth Communications is a logical step in our buy-and-build strategy. The specialization in law firms and companies in the region, coupled with a deep understanding of applications and VoIP expertise, ideally complements the existing NOBIX portfolio,” says Julius Wölfer, Corporate Development Manager at Liberta Partners.
