The Gund Company acquires Composites Division of the Von Roll Group
Berlin — The international law firm BCLP has advised The Gund Company, Inc. on the acquisition of the Composites Division of the Von Roll Group. The transaction includes production sites in Augsburg (Germany) and Bradford (UK).
TGC is a US manufacturer of high-performance composite materials for electrical insulation and industrial applications. The acquired companies specialize in the production and processing of industrial composites. The division will be integrated into TGC’s global activities under the VRI Composites — A Division of The Gund Company brand.
