Frankfurt am Main — RMG Messtechnik GmbH has been sold to Dresser Utility Solutions GmbH. Dresser Utility Solutions GmbH is a subsidiary of the U.S.-based Dresser Utility Solutions LLC. HEUKING provided comprehensive advisory services to RMG Messtechnik GmbH in connection with the sale.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
