CE Capital Partners Acquires Wood Specialist Leisten Wagner

Andernach/Munich — With this tran­sac­tion, CE Capi­tal Part­ners aims to streng­then Leis­ten Wagner’s core busi­ness and further deve­lop the company as a provi­der of high-quality wood solu­ti­ons for inte­rior design. The focus is on expan­ding sales and broa­de­ning the product range for trade­speo­ple, inte­rior desi­gners, and project clients. 

Leis­ten Wagner was foun­ded in 1865 by master carpen­ters Ferdi­nand and Wilhelm Wagner in Ander­nach on the Rhine and specia­li­zes in high-quality solid wood moldings. Drawing on its exper­tise in wood­wor­king, the company now manu­fac­tures not only solid wood moldings but also milled compon­ents for hard­wood floors, furni­ture, and doors, as well as deck systems.
