The German economy is under pres­sure to adapt. Many corpo­ra­ti­ons are incre­asingly focu­sing on their core busi­nesses and dive­s­t­ing them­sel­ves of busi­ness units that, while successful, no longer align with their stra­te­gic direc­tion. For inde­pen­dent tech­no­logy compa­nies, this move often opens up signi­fi­cant growth oppor­tu­ni­ties.
