Main Capital Partners acquires logistics software provider EIKONA
Munich — Main Capital Partners acquires a majority stake in EIKONA AG, a German provider of modular logistics software. Main Capital acquires the shares from the pan-European logistics group Schäflein and EIKONA founder Manuel Drescher. McDermott Will & Schulte advised Main Capital Partners on the acquisition and financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in EIKONA AG.
The transaction is part of a strategic realignment of EIKONA. The founders and management will remain permanently involved to ensure the continuity of the company and stability for customers and partners.
EIKONA was founded in Volkach in 2001 and today employs around 100 people. The company develops modular software solutions for the logistics sector and supports more than 350 customers throughout Europe.
