Oppenhoff advises the VHV Group on the sale of the Eucon Group
Oppenhoff advised VHV Holding SE on the sale of its majority stake in the Eucon Group to Infopro Digital Holding GmbH, in particular on the upstream carve-out of the insurance-related digital service provider Eucon Digital GmbH. The carve-out served to prepare the sale of the Eucon Group’s automotive business as part of an international bidding process.
As part of the sales process, Oppenhoff also advised VHV on the conclusion of various contracts between the insurance and real estate division remaining in the VHV Group and the sold automotive division of the Eucon Group.
