Frankfurt a.M./Wilsdruff — Rondot International SAS has acquired LWN Lufttechnik Group. Rondot International SAS was advised on this transaction by SKW Schwarz.
Rondot, headquartered in Champagne au Mont d’Or, France, designs and supplies high-performance solutions for the manufacture of glass containers worldwide. This integration is a further step in Rondot’s ambition to combine technology, knowledge and people to offer innovative, efficient and sustainable solutions to customers worldwide.
LWN Lufttechnik, based in Wilsdruff, Germany and Wroclaw, Poland, is a leading specialist in cooling systems for glass factories worldwide.
