Successful financing round for more growth
The capital increase of paXos Solar GmbH was supported by 15 equity investors, including two institutional investors — one of which is NRW.BANK. The aim of the capital measure is to further accelerate the growth of the company, which was founded in 2020. The funds will be used to expand sales, increase efficiency in production and invest in research and development for the next generation of products. With the fresh capital, the company is setting the course for the scaling of its sustainable energy solutions.
Integrated energy system for the buildings of the future
paXos Solar GmbH develops, produces and distributes the so-called multi-energy roof, an integrated roof system that combines photovoltaics and solar thermal energy in an architecturally appealing way. This generates both electricity and heat directly via the roof surface — a space-saving and aesthetic solution that meets the growing demands for sustainable, subsidizable and high-quality energy concepts for new buildings and renovations.
