Profile
Legian Investment Partner is an independent equity investment firm based in Switzerland. We provide a new home for small and mid-sized businesses upon change of ownership, typically as a result of succession planning or noncore corporate disposals. We invest in well-positioned businesses in Germany and Switzerland with an EBIT of € 1 million to € 10 million. We add sustainable value to our portfolio companies for the benefit of shareholders, employees and customers.

As active investors with a long-term investment horizon, we see our role as sparring partner for management, to help secure access to equity and debt financing and to support management in strategic add-on acquisitions.
