As an independent corporate finance advisory firm with “senior approach” we focus on long-term and trustful relationships with our clients. Our clients comprise larger German Mid-Caps and Wealthy Families. In that context we partially also act as a sparring partner in strategic questions. Due to the range of our services, complemented by those provided by “Crowe Global”, the eighth largest worldwide network of audit‑, tax‑, and advisory services with 640 offices in over 100 countries, we are able to assist our clients in a coordinated and comprehensive way. Apart from our association with Crowe and its own international M&A‑Network, we are members of further international corporate finance networks, such as (1) “Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors” (AM&AA ); (2) “Association for Corporate Growth” (AGG).
