INTEC Holding acquires majority stake in parts of the ARBOR Group
Munich — INTEC Holding GmbH, which also owns INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH, has acquired a majority stake in the three independent companies OSW Technische Dokumentation Verlag GmbH, TECO Technical Concept GmbH and SCOPE Engineering GmbH from the ARBOR Group with effect from May 1. — During the transaction process, H & Z advised on the commercial due diligence.
Within INTEC Holding, these three companies complement the core business of INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH and include services in the areas of safety-critical system development, IPS (Integrated Product Support) and ILS (Integrated Logistics Support), technical documentation and system integration as well as product and software development.
“The acquisition of the three new companies of the ARBOR Group by INTEC ideally strengthens both medium-sized groups in their core business and bundles joint strengths. Furthermore, this forward-looking addition activates our holding company for the further development of a broader service and product portfolio that is geared towards the current and future requirements of our customers.” says Christoph Otten, CEO of INTEC Holding GmbH and INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH.
