Berlin ‑Foun­ded in Berlin in 2017, Habyt is one of the world’s leading provi­ders of flexi­ble housing and curr­ently has over 30,000 units in more than 50 cities on three conti­nents. Habyt raises €40 million in Series C from new as well as exis­ting inves­tors. — This round is led by new inves­tors Korelya Capi­tal (Paris) and Deut­sche Invest (Munich). In addi­tion, new inves­tors Exor Ventures and Endea­vor Cata­lyst parti­ci­pa­ted, as well as exis­ting share­hol­ders P101, ITALIA500-Azimut, HV Capi­tal, Vorwerk Ventures, Norwest, Kinne­vik, Burda Prin­ci­pal Invest­ments and Inveready.

Habyt plans to use the freshly raised capi­tal for further expan­sion to be present in the UK and other new markets. Since the Series B finan­cing round in 2021, Habyt has streng­the­ned its posi­tion with mergers and acqui­si­ti­ons and has expan­ded into the North Ameri­can and Asian markets. In 2023, for exam­ple, Habyt acqui­red Common Living, a player in the North Ameri­can market, conso­li­da­ting its posi­tion in the market it had ente­red in 2022 with the acqui­si­tion of Singa­pore-head­quar­te­red Hmlet.
