GSK Stockmann advises Arsipa on takeover of Bloom
Berlin — GSK Stockmann has advised the Arsipa Group on the acquisition of digital specialist Bloom. The acquisition of the Berlin-based health tech start-up is an important component of Arsipa’s digital strategy. The group is thus expanding its market leadership in occupational health and safety and creating the first digital-native platform for occupational health and safety obligations in Germany and Austria.
The Arsipa Group has been supported by Warburg Pincus as part of a strategic partnership since 2025. Arsipia focuses on occupational medicine, occupational safety, occupational psychology and environmental protection. It has around 850 employees at more than 60 locations in Germany and Austria and supports over 22,000 companies.
The combination of personal on-site support throughout Germany and a powerful software platform has now created a provider that offers end-to-end digital, hybrid and analog occupational safety from a single source to meet the needs of all customer groups.
Bloom Healthtech GmbH has been developing an AI-supported platform for the automation of occupational health and safety since 2021. This enables complex legal requirements to be implemented actively, efficiently and transparently. Bloom integrates processes into existing systems, thus reducing the manual workload for HR departments and offering digital, automated compliance management in occupational health and safety.
