GSK Stockmann advises Arsipa on acquisition of MDS Wörner
GSK Stockmann has advised the Arsipa Group on the acquisition of Dr. med. Wörner Medizin-Diagnostik-Sicherheit GmbH (MDS Wörner). MDS Wörner is merging with ascatu GmbH, which is part of the Arsipa Group. As a result, ascatu secures the succession of an established occupational and company medical practice in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region and takes over the care of an established customer base from industry, trade and the service sector.
GSK Stockmann provided comprehensive legal advice to the Arsipa Group on the transaction with a team led by Berlin partner Robert Korndörfer. With the merger , the occupational health provider ascatu is expanding its depth of support in the Rhine-Neckar region and will be able to support even more companies locally in the future. MDS Wörner was founded almost 20 years ago in Eppelheim and offers a wide range of occupational health services in Heidelberg and the surrounding area. The team of experienced specialists and medical assistants will be fully transferred to ascatu GmbH.
The Arsipa Group is a group of companies specializing in health, safety and well-being in the workplace. With currently more than 1,100 employees at over 70 locations in Germany and Austria, the Arsipa Group supports around 35,000 companies.
GSK Stockmann has already advised the Arsipa Group on various transactions in the healthcare sector in recent months.
