GoodMills Sells Müller’s Mühle to the Italian Company Euricom
The GoodMills milling group is undergoing a strategic realignment and is selling Müller’s Mühle to the Italian company Euricom S.p.A. — At the same time, Aurora Mühlen is to be strengthened as an independent unit under new management.
GoodMills Deutschland will focus on its flour business going forward. The milling group GoodMills Deutschland plans to realign its business and is selling Müller’s Mühle to a company that will, for the first time, operate its own facilities in Germany. The German supplier of rice and legumes is expected to be sold by the end of 2026 to Euricom S.p.A., headquartered in Valle Lomellina near Pavia in northern Italy.
The transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approvals.
Euricom is an international, family-owned supplier of rice, legumes, and other grain-based products. To date, the company has not had its own subsidiary, team, or facility in Germany. Müller’s Mühle is expected to provide Euricom with a financially strong platform in Germany for this purpose. Retaining the current management team, led by Managing Director Arne Tiemann, ensures continuity for customers, business partners, and employees. — https://www.euricom.it/
