GÖRG advises zetVisions Software on sale to Volaris Group
Heidelberg/ Frankfurt a. M. — GÖRG has advised the shareholder of zetVisions GmbH, a leading German software provider for company-wide investment and master data management, on the sale of the company to the Volaris Group.
zetVisions GmbH is a specialized software provider based in Heidelberg. The company has been developing and implementing solutions for investment and master data management for over 20 years. Its customers include numerous DAX, MDAX and SDAX groups, medium-sized companies and public legal entities. Based on more than 400 successfully completed projects in various industries, zetVisions offers in-depth expertise in the field of international legal entity management.
With the acquisition of zetVisions, Volaris is further expanding its German portfolio in a high-growth segment. As a subsidiary of the Canadian company Constellation Software Inc., Volaris focuses on supporting software companies in vertical markets in their development.
