Exit: Pinova Sells Its Stake in Raynet to Main Capital Partners
Frankfurt am Main/Paderborn – Funds advised by PINOVA and their co-investors have sold their stake in the Raynet Group to Main Capital Partners. As part of the transaction, founder and CEO Ragip Aydin is reinvesting a significant amount, and Raynet’s management is also buying back a stake in the acquiring company.
A CMS team led by Dr. Peter Polke provided PINOVA with comprehensive legal and tax advice on the transaction. PINOVA is a long-standing client and regularly receives advice from CMS, most recently regarding the acquisition of a stake in Kist + Escherich and the investment in Ideal-tek in Switzerland.
