Conrad Electronic Acquires E‑Procurement Specialist Hivebuy

Munich — GÖRG provi­ded compre­hen­sive legal coun­sel to Conrad Elec­tro­nic SE in connec­tion with its acqui­si­tion of the Berlin-based e‑procurement specia­list Hive­buy GmbH. With this acqui­si­tion in Novem­ber 2026, Conrad is expan­ding its range of digi­tal procu­re­ment solu­ti­ons and broa­de­ning its service port­fo­lio for busi­ness customers.

Hive­buy GmbH specia­li­zes in deve­lo­ping soft­ware for the digi­tiza­tion and auto­ma­tion of corpo­rate procu­re­ment proces­ses. The plat­form enables centra­li­zed manage­ment of procu­re­ment processes—from demand capture through inter­nal appr­ovals and purchase orders to invoice processing.

Conrad Elec­tro­nic SE is intro­du­cing “Hive­buy Start,” a free entry-level solu­tion desi­gned speci­fi­cally to give small and medium-sized busi­nesses access to digi­ti­zed purcha­sing proces­ses. The soft­ware is inte­gra­ted with the Conrad product lineup and can be used without a sepa­rate inven­tory manage­ment system.

Hive­buy will conti­nue to operate inde­pendently within the Conrad Elec­tro­nic Group.
