Munich — HRK LUNIS and Eyb & Wallwitz Join Forces: HRKL Group Acquires a Majority Stake in Eyb & Wallwitz Vermögensmanagement. — The global commercial law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised the HRKL Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in Eyb & Wallwitz Vermögensmanagement GmbH.
As part of the transaction, the independent asset managers HRK LUNIS AG and Eyb & Wallwitz Vermögensmanagement GmbH are merging under the umbrella of the joint holding company HRKL GmbH & Co. KG. The transaction is still subject to the usual regulatory approvals.
Lead Partner Frank Henkel, Corporate/M&A, Munich, comments: “The merger of HRK LUNIS and Eyb & Wallwitz creates one of the leading independent asset management groups in the German-speaking world.
