HEUKING Advises Adlatus Robotics on Its Sale to NEURA Mobile Robots
Stuttgart/Metzingen — A HEUKING team led by Dr. Anne de Boer provided legal counsel to Ulm-based Adlatus Robotics GmbH in connection with its sale to NEURA Mobile Robots. NEURA Robotics and ADLATUS have been collaborating since September 2025 as part of a strategic partnership.
HEUKING coordinated the various shareholders and financial backers on behalf of Adlatus during the sale process and assisted Adlatus with the necessary documentation. On the corporate finance side, Frank Motte of Motte Consult led the negotiations on behalf of the various shareholders and mezzanine investors. HEUKING has been advising Adlatus on a wide range of legal matters for quite some time.
