Jungheinrich Launches €100 Million Deep-Tech Fund with Uplift Ventures
Hamburg – Jungheinrich AG, one of the world’s leading providers of intralogistics solutions, announces the launch of its first venture capital fund totaling 100 million euros. The fund is aimed at the next generation of European deep-tech founders and is a key component of Jungheinrich’s long-term strategy to expand its own innovative capabilities.
Uplift Ventures plans to use the fund to invest in high-growth technology companies as well as select deep-tech venture capital funds in Europe, the U.S., and Asia. The focus is on early-stage startups developing innovative solutions in the areas of Physical AI, energy, enterprise AI, and logistics.
A Milestone
The launch of the fund marks another important milestone in Jungheinrich’s Strategy 2030+. The goal of the corporate strategy is to continuously expand the existing portfolio and strengthen long-term growth through innovation, new business models, and strategic partnerships.
“Deep-tech innovations require long-term capital and partners who understand both industrial challenges and entrepreneurial ambitions,” says Dr. Lars Brzoska, CEO of Jungheinrich AG. “Uplift Ventures invests in the next generation of industrial technology pioneers, making it an important strategic partner for Jungheinrich and our Strategy 2030+. Close collaboration with founders and the expansion of our innovation and partner network are key prerequisites for Jungheinrich’s sustainable success.”
Through Uplift Ventures, Jungheinrich gains important access to areas of innovation that are of particular significance for the company’s future development. At the same time, the platform strengthens collaboration with technology-oriented startup teams and entrepreneurs. The new venture capital fund complements the venture-building activities that began in 2025, thereby further expanding the Uplift Ventures platform.
