Constellation Capital Launches a Buy-and-Build Platform for Facility Management
Düsseldorf — ARQIS provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to Constellation Capital AG on the structuring of the new facility management platform, Altera Facility Solutions GmbH, as well as on its first acquisition, the purchase of DAV Gebäudeservice GmbH. With this merger, Constellation Capital—through its Constellation VII fund—is laying the foundation for building a facility management group in the DACH region. DAV will continue to operate independently in the market and, as a founding company of Altera, will play a central role within the group. DAV’s current managing director and shareholder will remain involved in operations and will acquire a stake in Altera as part of the transaction.
