ARQIS advises Totalmobile on the sale to Five Arrows and DBAG
Düsseldorf — ARQIS has advised the management of UK-based Totalmobile Limited, a leading provider of field service management software, in connection with a management reinvestment following the acquisition of Totalmobile by Five Arrows and funds managed by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG). With the sale of Totalmobile, Bowmark Capital realizes its exit.
Founded in Belfast in 1985, Totalmobile Limited is a leading global provider of field service management software. By offering a cloud-based field-first platform, Totalmobile enables process optimization that goes hand in hand with increased efficiency for Totalmobile’s customers.
Deutsche Beteiligungs AG is an investor in well-positioned companies with growth potential in the SME sector, primarily in the DACH region. The assets managed and advised by DBAG amount to around 2.6 billion euros.
Five Arrows, Rothschild & Co’s specialist alternative investments business, has €31 billion of assets under management globally. Five Arrows’ corporate private equity business focuses on investments in mid-market companies with strong market positions in the data and software, technology-enabled business services and healthcare sectors.
An ARQIS team led by partner Dr. Mirjam Boche advised the management of the Totalmobile Group on this transaction. The advice included the negotiation and implementation of a management participation program. ARQIS worked closely with the lead law firm Mishcon de Reya, which ARQIS had consulted on questions of German law.
