Odewald subsidiary Education Partners acquires Berger Bildungsinstitut
Cologne — Odewald KMU II’s portfolio company Education partners GmbH has acquired Berger Bildungsinstitut GmbH. A team from the law firm HEUKING led by Dr. Pär Johansson advised Education partners GmbH on this transaction.
Berger Bildungsinstitut GmbH is a certified training provider and offers vocational training, retraining and company training courses throughout Germany. The training courses are predominantly digital and focus on industrial and technical professions, in particular qualifications in CAD, SAP and PLC.
Odewald KMU II specializes in investments in medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries. The focus is on companies in the German engineering, intelligent services, healthcare, IT and software sectors. Part of the portfolio is the Education partners Group, which occupies a leading market position in the attractive market for professional training through its training academies and can strengthen this position through the acquisition of Berger Bildungsinstitut GmbH.
