Hanover/ London/ Munich — With the acquisition of Hallmarq Veterinary Imaging, the funds advised by NORD Holding, together with the existing portfolio company OR Technology, are establishing a globally active imaging technology holding company in the veterinary sector. With a cross-location team, McDermott Will & Schulte advised the funds advised by NORD Holding on the acquisition and financing of Hallmarq Veterinary Imaging.
The acquisition of Hallmarq Veterinary Imaging, together with OR Technology and with the participation of funds advised by NORD Holding, creates a globally active imaging technology holding company in the veterinary sector and beyond. — This represents a significant milestone as it is the second acquisition in less than a year since the partnership between OR Technology and NORD Holding began.
With more than 200 employees in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America, the newly formed group brings together technologies, brands and expertise across a wide range of imaging modalities.
