The new owners come from the management circle and thus create a sustainable succession solution. The background to the sale is the strategic further development of the Kienzle Group and the consistent focus on the growth areas of software for the telematics market, telematics services and after-sales solutions.
Under the leadership of Alexander Wilkens, ght has developed very successfully in recent years and recorded continuous growth rates of over 10 percent. The sale to the new owners generates free funds for further acquisitions for the Kienzle Group and ensures continuity for the employees and customers of ght.
The new ownership structure gives ght the opportunity to continue its successful development independently and to concentrate fully on its own strategic development.
