
GÖRG advises PropTech Arbio on USD 36 million Series A transaction
Berlin — The Berlin-based PropTech company Arbio Group GmbH (Arbio) has raised 36 million US dollars in a Series A financing round. The financing round was led by Eurazeo, with participation from Open Ocean and existing investors Atlantic Labs as well as renowned angel investors such as Philipp Freise and Justin Reizes (KKR), Johannes Reck and TaoTao (GetYourGuide) and Din Bisevac (Buena). Arbio received legal advice on this transaction from GÖRG.
Arbio is a Berlin-based company developing an AI-native operating system for the European short-term rental market. With a combination of technology, automation and operational services, Arbio helps owners manage their properties more efficiently and improve guest experiences. With the new funding, Arbio aims to accelerate its acquisition strategy, enhance its AI capabilities and drive expansion into new European markets. The company currently manages over 1,000 units in Germany, Austria and the UK and relies on automated processes in sales, operations and guest communication.
