In the first part of the paper, aspects rela\u00adted to accoun\u00adting for private equity funds are presen\u00adted, and in the second part, important areas of substan\u00adtive and formal tax compli\u00adance are presen\u00adted. In detail, the topics of sepa\u00adrate and uniform decla\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons (for dome\u00adstic and foreign private equity funds), the report\u00ading of foreign share\u00adhol\u00addings in accordance with Section 138 of the German Fiscal Code (AO) and the (new) regu\u00adla\u00adtion on the return of capi\u00adtal contri\u00adbu\u00adti\u00adons for foreign corpo\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons are touched upon.
