With the change in the Euro\u00adpean Commis\u00adsion and the procla\u00adma\u00adtion of the \u201cEuro\u00adpean Green Deal\u201d, this important goal is being pushed forward with even higher prio\u00adrity. \u2014 By 2021 at the latest, all finan\u00adcial market parti\u00adci\u00adpants and large compa\u00adnies will have to seriously address the issue of sustaina\u00adbi\u00adlity. The reason for this are some trend-setting regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons of the Euro\u00adpean&nbsp;Union.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The foun\u00adda\u00adti\u00adons of an at least globally concei\u00adved action plan for the trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion to a sustainable and climate-protec\u00adting economy are formed by the UN Convention<br>\n\u201c2030 Agenda for Sustainable Deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment\u201d and the Paris Climate Agree\u00adment. Both docu\u00adments were alre\u00adady adopted in 2015. At the Euro\u00adpean level, the High-Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance has been meeting since 2016 to deve\u00adlop propo\u00adsals for a sustainable finance frame\u00adwork for the EU Commis\u00adsion.
