These are listed compa\u00adnies that only hold cash and are ther\u00ade\u00adfore often refer\u00adred to as \u201cblank check compa\u00adnies\u201d. Over a period of 18 to 24 months, a target company will be sought with which SPAC will merge.2 The target company may have its regis\u00adtered office in Germany or abroad.
