The milling group Good\u00adMills Deutsch\u00adland plans to realign its busi\u00adness and is selling M\u00fcller\u2019s M\u00fchle to a company that will, for the first time, operate its own faci\u00adli\u00adties in Germany. The German supplier of rice and legu\u00admes is expec\u00adted to be sold by the end of 2026 to Euricom S.p.A., head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Valle Lomel\u00adlina near Pavia in nort\u00adhern&nbsp;Italy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is subject to the custo\u00admary regu\u00adla\u00adtory approvals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Euricom<\/strong> is an inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal, family-owned supplier of rice, legu\u00admes, and other grain-based products. To date, the company has not had its own subsi\u00addiary, team, or faci\u00adlity in Germany. M\u00fcller\u2019s M\u00fchle is expec\u00adted to provide Euricom with a finan\u00adci\u00adally strong plat\u00adform in Germany for this purpose.
