The focus is on expan\u00adding its presence in the U.S. and streng\u00adthening its inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal sales reach and distri\u00adbu\u00adtion partnerships.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hager &amp; Meisin\u00adger was foun\u00added in 1888<\/strong> and is head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Neuss. The group is a leading inde\u00adpen\u00addent specia\u00adlist in high-precis\u00adion dental instru\u00adments. The Meisin\u00adger and Jota brands are united under the group\u2019s umbrella. Through its inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal distri\u00adbu\u00adtion network, the group supplies dentists and dental profes\u00adsio\u00adnals in more than 100 count\u00adries. Its verti\u00adcally inte\u00adgra\u00adted manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adring faci\u00adli\u00adties are loca\u00adted in Neuss and R\u00fcthi, Switzerland.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apheon<\/strong> is a private equity inves\u00adtor active throug\u00adhout Europe with a focus on mid-market compa\u00adnies. Since its foun\u00adding in 2005, Apheon has raised more than 5 billion euros in capi\u00adtal.
