KG. \u2014 A team led by Marcel Greu\u00adbel, Senior Coun\u00adsel at HEUKING\u2019s Munich office, provi\u00added compre\u00adhen\u00adsive legal coun\u00adsel to the share\u00adhol\u00adders of Auto Thoma GmbH in connec\u00adtion with the sale of all shares to aribos group GmbH. The advice also covered the re-invest\u00adment by one of the sellers in the buyer group. <\/p>\n

Auto Thoma GmbH is a family-owned busi\u00adness in Burgau, Bava\u00adria, specia\u00adli\u00adzing in colli\u00adsion repair, auto\u00admo\u00adtive pain\u00adting, and auto\u00admo\u00adtive tech\u00adno\u00adlogy. The target company will be inte\u00adgra\u00adted as the sixth acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion into aribos group GmbH, head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Hildesheim\u2014a dyna\u00admi\u00adcally growing network of repair shops specia\u00adli\u00adzing in colli\u00adsion damage repairs, which curr\u00adently employs more than 250 people across eight loca\u00adti\u00adons in Germany. With the acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion of Auto Thoma GmbH, the aribos group is further expan\u00adding its posi\u00adtion as one of the leading full-service provi\u00adders of body and paint services in the German-spea\u00adking world. <\/p>\n

As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, Harry Thoma and TT-Betei\u00adli\u00adgungs GmbH sold their entire stakes in the target company. As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, TT-Betei\u00adli\u00adgungs GmbH acqui\u00adred a stake in the buyer group through a reverse invest\u00adment; Timo Thoma will conti\u00adnue to serve as mana\u00adging direc\u00adtor of the target company and remain actively invol\u00adved in its opera\u00adti\u00adons.
