With the support of the private equity fund FSN Capi\u00adtal VI\u2014advised by FSN Capital\u2014the Brot\u00adWert Group has acqui\u00adred a majo\u00adrity stake in the long-estab\u00adlished Frank\u00adfurt bakery Der B\u00e4cker Eifler. This crea\u00adtes a network of three family-run, long-estab\u00adlished bakeries\u2014B\u00e4cker G\u00f6rtz, B\u00e4cke\u00adrei Pappert, and Der B\u00e4cker Eifler\u2014with appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 500 loca\u00adti\u00adons in Nort\u00adhern Bava\u00adria as well as in the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar regions\u2014one of the largest regio\u00adnal bakery groups in Germany.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As early as 2025, B\u00e4cker G\u00f6rtz\u2014which was also recei\u00adving tax advice from POELLATH\u2014had acqui\u00adred the Pappert Bakery.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of <strong>the Brot\u00adWert Group<\/strong> is to combine the shared strengths of the three long-estab\u00adlished bake\u00adries, exch\u00adange expe\u00adri\u00adence and know\u00adledge, and conti\u00adnue to grow with the support of FSN. At the same time, the group aims to preserve the regio\u00adnal roots, artis\u00ada\u00adnal skills, and family tradi\u00adti\u00adons of the indi\u00advi\u00addual bake\u00adries for the long&nbsp;term.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Eifler Bakery<\/strong>, based in Frank\u00adfurt am Main, is one of the leading regio\u00adnal bake\u00adries in the Rhine-Main area. The Eifler family will retain a stake in the company going forward; Gerhard Eifler and Michael Eifler will conti\u00adnue to manage it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FSN Capi\u00adtal<\/strong>, one of Nort\u00adhern Europe\u2019s leading private equity firms, was foun\u00added in 1999 and has four offices in Oslo, Stock\u00adholm, Copen\u00adha\u00adgen, and Munich.
