Munich\/Mainz \u2014 Funds advi\u00adsed by Deut\u00adsche Private Equity (DPE) have signed an agree\u00adment to acquire a majo\u00adrity stake in the NTA Group from Adiuva Capi\u00adtal. As part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion, the manage\u00adment will acquire a stake in the NTA Group. Comple\u00adtion is subject to appr\u00adoval by the rele\u00advant anti\u00adtrust autho\u00adri\u00adties. The parties have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the finan\u00adcial details of the acquisition. <\/p>\n

The NTA Group, based in Mainz, is a provi\u00adder of inte\u00adgra\u00adted secu\u00adrity, commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion and IT infra\u00adstruc\u00adture solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company plans, imple\u00adments and opera\u00adtes solu\u00adti\u00adons that protect buil\u00addings, people, assets, commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion chan\u00adnels and opera\u00adtio\u00adnal proces\u00adses against signi\u00adfi\u00adcant physi\u00adcal and digi\u00adtal secu\u00adrity risks. The range of services includes fire and intru\u00adsion detec\u00adtion tech\u00adno\u00adlogy, video surveil\u00adlance, access control, alarm and emer\u00adgency manage\u00adment, commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion solu\u00adti\u00adons as well as IT and network infra\u00adstruc\u00adture. Its custo\u00admers include medium-sized compa\u00adnies of various kinds, in parti\u00adcu\u00adlar health\u00adcare provi\u00adders, public autho\u00adri\u00adties and opera\u00adtors of criti\u00adcal infra\u00adstruc\u00adture. With around 360 employees at nine loca\u00adti\u00adons in Germany and Luxem\u00adbourg, the Group gene\u00adra\u00adtes sales of more than EUR 60 million. <\/p>\n

For DPE, NTA is an attrac\u00adtive plat\u00adform in a market in which secu\u00adrity, avai\u00adla\u00adbi\u00adlity and commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion capa\u00adbi\u00adlity are of great importance to compa\u00adnies and public insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons. The Group has broad tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adcal exper\u00adtise, long-stan\u00adding custo\u00admer rela\u00adti\u00adonships, regio\u00adnal proxi\u00admity and a high propor\u00adtion of recur\u00adring revenues. <\/p>\n

Toge\u00adther with the manage\u00adment, DPE intends to support the further deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of the group as a stra\u00adte\u00adgic part\u00adner. The focus will be on orga\u00adnic growth, the expan\u00adsion of service, main\u00adten\u00adance and mana\u00adged services offe\u00adrings, the expan\u00adsion of the service port\u00adfo\u00adlio and the conti\u00adnua\u00adtion of the buy-and-build stra\u00adtegy. NTA is to further expand its market posi\u00adtion in DACH and also examine growth oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties in selec\u00adted Euro\u00adpean markets in the future. <\/p>\n

As part of the next deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment phase, Benja\u00admin Lieber<\/strong>, previously respon\u00adsi\u00adble for Stra\u00adte\u00adgic Busi\u00adness Deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and M&A, will assume the role of Spokes\u00adman of the Group\u2019s Manage\u00adment Board. Tors\u00adten Marx<\/strong>, co-foun\u00adder of the NTA Group and Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor of NTA System\u00adhaus, will step down from his opera\u00adtio\u00adnal role and support the further stra\u00adte\u00adgic deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of the Group as Chair\u00adman of the Advi\u00adsory Board.<\/p>\n
