With this invest\u00adment, VREP is support\u00ading the company\u2019s next stage of deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment. Toge\u00adther, 1AVista and VREP plan to conti\u00adnue their growth course in the coming years by further expan\u00adding the fleet. <\/p>\n
The current mana\u00adging direc\u00adtors and share\u00adhol\u00adders Hagen Mesters <\/strong>and Sascha G\u00fclden\u00admeis\u00adter of 1AVista Reisen GmbH<\/strong> are taking a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant stake in the company. At the same time, Raphael Dombrow\u00adski, Mana\u00adging Direc\u00adtor, and Manuel Klou\u00adbert, autho\u00adri\u00adzed signa\u00adtory, will also acquire shares in 1AVista as part of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion. Hubert Schulte-Schmel\u00adter, who foun\u00added the Colo\u00adgne-based tour opera\u00adtor with a focus on river crui\u00adses in 2007, is trans\u00adfer\u00adring his shares in the company to the new owners. <\/p>\n 1AVista, one of the leading tour opera\u00adtors for river crui\u00adses on the Rhine and Danube, estab\u00adlished an all-inclu\u00adsive concept with full board and drinks on board at an early stage, as well as an addi\u00adtio\u00adnal Germany-wide door-to-door pick-up service. 1AVista is growing conti\u00adnuously and curr\u00adently gene\u00adra\u00adtes sales of more than EUR 50 million. Today, 1AVista offers a program of over 100 river crui\u00adses as well as selec\u00adted round trips in seve\u00adral Euro\u00adpean count\u00adries, Egypt, Morocco and Turkey. The tour opera\u00adtor employs around 30 people. The 1AVista fleet curr\u00adently consists of eight full char\u00adter ships with a total of around 1,000 beds.
