Stuttgart\/Kippenheim \u2014 The Stutt\u00adgart-based invest\u00adment company S\u00fcd Betei\u00adli\u00adgun\u00adgen GmbH (S\u00fcdBG) has signed a purchase agree\u00adment for the sale of its shares in Janoschka AG (Janoschka), Kippen\u00adheim. The shares of the foun\u00adding family Janoschka will also change hands. Blue Cap AG, based in Munich, will become the new owner of the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnally well-posi\u00adtio\u00adned Janoschka Group. The part\u00adners have agreed not to disc\u00adlose the details. <\/p>\n

Foun\u00added in 1976 by Manfred Janoschka, Janoschka is now conside\u00adred the market leader in the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal prepress indus\u00adtry. S\u00fcdBG joined the company in 2017 as part of a capi\u00adtal increase to finance the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal growth of the Janoschka Group and a simul\u00adta\u00adneous manage\u00adment buy-out and, toge\u00adther with the foun\u00adding family and the Super\u00advi\u00adsory Board, supported the manage\u00adment in imple\u00admen\u00adting the targeted
\ngrowth stra\u00adtegy. This included auto\u00adma\u00adting produc\u00adtion and incre\u00adasing the level of digi\u00adta\u00adliza\u00adtion in the value chain. In addi\u00adtion, the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal produc\u00adtion sites in Asia \u2014 parti\u00adcu\u00adlarly in Malay\u00adsia, Viet\u00adnam and the Phil\u00adip\u00adpi\u00adnes \u2014 as well as in Turkey, Poland and Mexico, were expan\u00added in order to offer custo\u00admers world\u00adwide compre\u00adhen\u00adsive tech\u00adni\u00adcal exper\u00adtise and inno\u00adva\u00adtions, solu\u00adti\u00adons and services for gravure and flexo\u00adgra\u00adphic prin\u00adting. During the part\u00adner\u00adship with S\u00fcdBG, Janoschka has expan\u00added and exten\u00added its service port\u00adfo\u00adlio. Janoschka now employs around 1,500 people and has a turno\u00adver of over 90 million euros. <\/p>\n
