The aim of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is to secure the successful deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of Health Dialog in the long term and at the same time open up new growth oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties. The company is consciously focu\u00adsing on conti\u00adnuity: the entire Health Dialog manage\u00adment team will remain on board and will conti\u00adnue on its current course toge\u00adther with the new part\u00adner.
