The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion under\u00adlines the successful deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of the AK Group under the parti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion of INVISION and gene\u00adra\u00adtes an attrac\u00adtive return for the INVISION VI Fund and its investors. <\/p>\n
The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion price (enter\u00adprise value) is around CHF 180 million. The tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is expec\u00adted to be comple\u00adted by the end of June 2026.<\/p>\n
Value crea\u00adtion during the INVISION invest\u00adment period<\/strong><\/p>\n INVISION acqui\u00adred a stake in the AK Group in 2021 and has supported the company as an active and entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adrial part\u00adner ever since.
