Prosus is alre\u00adady invol\u00adved in Deli\u00advery Hero and Just Eat Takea\u00adway. Btomor\u00adrow Ventures joins as a new inves\u00adtor. Herbert Smith Freeh\u00adills Kramer advi\u00adsed Btomor\u00adrow Ventures, the corpo\u00adrate venture capi\u00adtal arm of British Ameri\u00adcan Tobacco, on this investment. <\/p>\n

The new finan\u00adcing is inten\u00added to drive forward Flin\u00adk\u2019s targe\u00adted expan\u00adsion in its core markets of Germany and the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

Flink, based in Berlin, has estab\u00adlished itself as the market leader for on-demand grocery deli\u00advery in Germany and the Nether\u00adlands since it was foun\u00added in 2021. The company reaches more than 22.5 million custo\u00admers in its core markets and employs over 10,000 people. <\/p>\n

Btomor\u00adrow Ventures<\/strong> was foun\u00added in 2020 and mana\u00adges 350 million pounds in two stra\u00adte\u00adgic invest\u00adment funds. The company works with start-ups that are gene\u00adrally in the pre-Series A to Series B+ finan\u00adcing phase. <\/p>\n
