The closing of the tran\u00adsac\u00adtion is subject to foreign direct invest\u00adment appr\u00adovals in Germany and Roma\u00adnia and is expec\u00adted to take place in the first quar\u00adter of 2026. <\/p>\n

The Lacon Group, head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Karls\u00adfeld, is a leading EMS provi\u00adder with over 700 employees at seve\u00adral loca\u00adti\u00adons in Germany and Roma\u00adnia. The group deve\u00adlops, opti\u00admi\u00adzes, manu\u00adfac\u00adtures and repairs elec\u00adtro\u00adnic and elec\u00adtro\u00adme\u00adcha\u00adni\u00adcal assem\u00adblies. Hanno\u00adver Finanz acqui\u00adred a majo\u00adrity stake in Lacon in 2019. <\/p>\n

The family-run Hanno\u00adver Finanz Group<\/strong> has been an equity part\u00adner for medium-sized compa\u00adnies in the DACH region since 1979. The invest\u00adment port\u00adfo\u00adlio curr\u00adently compri\u00adses 35 compa\u00adnies with over 15,000 employees and sales of more than 4 billion euros. <\/p>\n

Incap, head\u00adquar\u00adte\u00adred in Helsinki,<\/strong> is a full-service provi\u00adder in the field of elec\u00adtro\u00adnics manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adring. The company has subsi\u00addia\u00adries in Finland, Esto\u00adnia, India, Slova\u00adkia, the UK, the USA and Hong Kong and employs around 2,500 people. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is inten\u00added to acce\u00adle\u00adrate Incap\u2019s growth stra\u00adtegy by streng\u00adthening its posi\u00adtion in the defense, rail\u00adroad and medi\u00adcal tech\u00adno\u00adlogy sectors, in which the Lacon Group has renow\u00adned customers. <\/p>\n
