The acqui\u00adred group of compa\u00adnies includes the three opera\u00adting compa\u00adnies Schliess\u00admeyer GmbH, Spec\u00adtrum GmbH Kunst\u00adstoff\u00adtech\u00adnik and Spritz\u00adgussa GmbH & Co KG. Toge\u00adther they employ 126 people and have more than 50 injec\u00adtion molding machines. <\/p>\n

The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion compri\u00adses three compa\u00adnies with a total of 126 employees and more than 50 injec\u00adtion molding machi\u00adnes. Last year, turno\u00adver amoun\u00adted to around 13.7 million euros. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is in line with the company\u2019s stra\u00adtegy to expand produc\u00adtion and make proces\u00adses in the auto\u00admo\u00adtive, filtra\u00adtion and consu\u00admer goods sectors more efficient. <\/p>\n

With this acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion, KB Compon\u00adents is pursuing the goal of expan\u00adding its Euro\u00adpean market presence, bund\u00adling produc\u00adtion capa\u00adci\u00adties and deepe\u00adning custo\u00admer rela\u00adti\u00adonships in the auto\u00admo\u00adtive, filter tech\u00adno\u00adlogy and consu\u00admer goods sectors. The inte\u00adgra\u00adtion of the Ernst Plas\u00adtics Group is inten\u00added to create syner\u00adgies between the sites and opti\u00admize the utiliza\u00adtion of produc\u00adtion capacities. <\/p>\n
