Munich \u2014 The posi\u00adtive trend in funding commit\u00adments conti\u00adnues: In the first nine months of the current year, LfA F\u00f6rder\u00adbank Bayern has supported the Bava\u00adrian economy with loans tota\u00adling around EUR 1.6 billion. Almost EUR 1.45 billion of this flowed into LfA\u2019s core busi\u00adness with program-linked deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment loans. Compared to the same period last year, this is an increase of almost 50 percent. Around 100,000 jobs were secu\u00adred with the help of the funding. <\/p>\n
Demand for the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment loan programs increased noti\u00adce\u00adably in all of the LfA\u2019s deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment areas. The start-up and growth loan (GuW) had the highest total funding volume. In the LfA\u2019s stan\u00addard program for finan\u00adcing start-ups, company succes\u00adsi\u00adons and the entire finan\u00adcing requi\u00adre\u00adments of SMEs and free\u00adlan\u00adcers, loans total\u00adling over EUR 670 million were approved. <\/p>\n
Compared to the previous year, demand for inno\u00adva\u00adtion and digi\u00adta\u00adliza\u00adtion funding more than doubled to a total of around 365 million euros. Both the former Inno\u00adva\u00adtion Loan 4.0 and its succes\u00adsor products, the Inno\u00adva\u00adtion Loan and Digi\u00adtiza\u00adtion Loan, which were intro\u00addu\u00adced in July, were very well recei\u00adved. With three funding levels each, the LfA now offers even better finan\u00adcing condi\u00adti\u00adons for compa\u00adnies and free\u00adlan\u00adcers in Bava\u00adria. The follo\u00adwing prin\u00adci\u00adple applies: the more deman\u00adding the project, the more favorable the inte\u00adrest rates. <\/p>\n
There was also a strong over\u00adall increase in demand for promo\u00adtio\u00adnal offers for energy and climate protec\u00adtion. For the Rege\u00adne\u00adra\u00adtive Energy Loan alone \u2014 LfA\u2019s special offer for invest\u00adments in the gene\u00adra\u00adtion of elec\u00adtri\u00adcity and hydro\u00adgen based on rene\u00adwa\u00adble ener\u00adgies as well as corre\u00adspon\u00adding storage systems \u2014 the funding volume in the first three quar\u00adters of the year was over EUR 85 million. The reasons for this multi\u00adpli\u00adca\u00adtion in demand are, on the one hand, the product impro\u00adve\u00adments made in spring and, on the other, the lower EU refe\u00adrence inte\u00adrest rate since July. As of Octo\u00adber 30, there will be a further impro\u00adve\u00adment in the energy loan family: the heating energy loan \u2014 for the pipe\u00adline-based expan\u00adsion of the heating and cooling supply \u2014 will be expan\u00added to include a vari\u00adant in which loans of up to 50 million euros can be applied for in future. <\/p>\n
