The foun\u00adder will retain a signi\u00adfi\u00adcant stake in the company.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MC Shape, based in Nagold, Baden-W\u00fcrt\u00adtem\u00adberg, was foun\u00added in 2013 and now opera\u00adtes 16 of its own and 21 fran\u00adchise studios with more than 80,000 members.
